The process involved in creating the Natural Burial Preserve has been a wonderful undertaking. We have worked closely with our local Department of Natural Resources office to insure that we were in fact restoring the area back to what is used to be...prairie. Here are some pictures of what it looked like when we started the Preserve. We planted prairie grass in the Preserve and it will take about 2 - 3 years to reach it's maturity. It will be beautiful and we can't wait to see it in full bloom.
